Whether a first-time buyer or already on the property ladder we understand that buying a new home is an exciting time and a big investment for you.  At Evans and James we offer both Home Buyers Surveys and Full Building Surveys to enable you to ensure that you are entering the purchase of your home either reassured or fully informed about any future investment required in the remediation or maintenance of your new home.

At Evans and James we can work with you from inception, developing options designs all the way through to completion and management of the works on site.  We can prepare simple drawings or detailed specifications, and manage the tender process to ensure that you get the best contractor for the job.

If you happen to live in a conservation area or in a listed building we have vast experience in successfully developing schemes that have gained consent.  We can prepare all of the necessary documentation for submission to the local authority and liaise with any other parties that may have an interest in the proposed works.

We understand that any alterations will be a big investment for you and we will ensure that we work with you developing a scheme that meets your budget requirements but to the best quality that can be achieved.

If your property is listed, within the curtilage of a listed building or is in a conservation area, we can prepare the necessary documentation for submission to the local authority.
