We have recently gained planning permission for home-owners Damian and Vanessa to extend their semi-detached property in West Bridgford to both the side and rear. The larger footprint will provide a garage/utility space and open plan kitchen, diner and living area to the ground floor whilst increasing the number of bedrooms to the property from three to five, with two of these bedrooms being ensuite.
We look forward to seeing the implemented scheme later in 2019.
