Conservation expert Stephanie has been working with Jill and her family who have been undertaking the refurbishment of a grade II listed, 18thCentury Farmhouse located within the Vale of Belvoir.

Jill wanted to undertake several alterations which includes constructing a garden room, rear porch and opening up fireplaces which had been bricked in.  Stephanie worked with Jill to develop a sympathetic and in-keeping scheme for the alterations and submitted the Listed Building Consent application on her behalf.

Listed Building Consent has now been granted and Jill is liaising with her conservation builder regarding commencing the works later in 2019. We look forward to both seeing the completed works and sharing photographs with you later in the year!
