Garage conversion, Great Gonerby

New homeowners Emma and Gordon wanted to convert their double garage into an annex for his parents. Stephanie visited them in their property to understand their needs and then developed three options to meet their requirements. Once the preferred option was identified Emma met again with Emma, Gordon and his parents to tweak the preferred option and agree specific details. This resulted in a final proposed layout, elevation and schedule of works for the scheme.

Because Emma is an experienced project manager herself, she is taking the scheme through to implementation but we look forward to seeing the final result!
