At Evans and James we offer independent development monitoring services for clients that have a commercial interest in a project but no immediate control in order to ensure that risks are minimised to the lender when financing projects.

Combining our surveying and project management expertise, Evans and James will undertake regular site visits and reporting on specification compliance, quality and programming so that the commercial lender can rest assured that the objectives of the project are being met and that further financial draw downs of funding can be approved  We ensure that all risks to the lender are identified at an early stage in order to ensure that these are dealt with both effectively and efficiently, ultimately being removed or mitigated.
